Patterns & Self-Knowing
Together we look at the behavioural, relational, and thought patterns shaping your days — naming what they have protected and what they now cost.

Services · Individual Therapy
One-to-one psychotherapy for the work of knowing yourself, moving through hard seasons, and letting the past settle where it belongs.
The work
Individual psychotherapy is, at its heart, a way of learning about yourself — what you do, how you communicate, what you think, and how you meet other people. Many of these patterns were formed long before you noticed them. Therapy gives them a place to be seen.
Sessions are useful when you need clarity on your values, when an old wound is louder than it should be, or when something quietly does not fit anymore. We move at your pace, with confidentiality and without judgement.
My approach is integrative and strengths-based — drawing on EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based practice, narrative work, and, when invited, faith-informed reflection.
What we work on
Clients come for many reasons. These are some of the threads we most often follow together.
Together we look at the behavioural, relational, and thought patterns shaping your days — naming what they have protected and what they now cost.
When life feels unclear, therapy is a place to articulate what matters to you, where you are headed, and the small steps that move you toward it.
As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I work with the body–brain connection to help process trauma at its root, easing flashbacks, anxiety, and the echoes of old experiences.
A confidential space to sit with loss, loosen the grip of anxious thought, and find footing again when energy and meaning have thinned.

Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes and held by secure video. A free 15-minute consult is available first, so we can see whether this is a good fit before any commitment.
If EMDR is part of our work, the first sessions focus on preparation — building resources and a steady ground — before any active processing begins.
